We offer a lifetime warranty to all of our customers.  We don’t care if you are the original owner, second owner or whether you bought it at a garage sale…it doesn’t matter.  The only way we know how to make the best product in the world is to know when the rollers are not performing properly.  We will immediately ship the replacement parts needed, and if we want the old parts for analysis, we will pay for return shipping.

It is common for bike tire and wheel imbalance to cause vibration on trainers and rollers that you don’t feel on the road.   These are typically low frequency vibrations and are not caused by roller imbalance.  If this happens to you, we request that you have your tires and wheels checked first.  MOST of the time this will correct the problem and we will both avoid unecessary repairs to a roller that won’t correct it.
